: (1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held at least four times a year.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If fifty percent of the members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered to be reached.
(4) The decision of the committee meeting will be made based on the majority of the members present. In case of equality of votes, the chairman will give the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
