(1) Committee meetings will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be called by the member-secretary of the committee under the direction of the chairman of the committee (3) The member-secretary of the committee shall provide the list of topics to be discussed in the meeting along with the notice of the meeting to the members three days in advance.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the members present in the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence, a member chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The decision of the committee shall be certified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
