(1) The meeting of the Committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman.
(2) If at least fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be deemed to have been reached.
(3) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in the absence of the chairman by the vice-chairman. In the absence of both the chairman and vice-chairman, a person chosen by the members from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(4) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary.
(5) Other matters related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
