Rule 12
Dissolution of the Committee

(1) The Conservation Officer may dissolve a committee in the following cases:-
  • If it does something contrary to the management work plan,
  • If it does not comply with the duties, duties and rights to be followed according to Rule 9 or if unable to do so,
  • if any action is taken contrary to the law or this regulation,
  • the committee has not been able to fulfill the responsibility entrusted to it for any reason or has done any work contrary to the interest of local consumers or the interest of consumers If the conservation officer is convinced that conservation has not been done.
(2) If any committee needs to be dissolved according to sub-rule (1), the conservation officer may warn or instruct the said committee in writing by giving a reasonable deadline for improvement. In this way, it will be the duty of such committee to follow the things warned or instructed by the conservation officer. If the instructions given in this way are not followed, the conservation officer can suspend or dissolve such committee.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if any committee is dissolved, the conservation officer shall form another committee again.
