(1) The meeting of the committee shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman, the quorum of such meeting shall be one third of the total number of members including the chairman. If the meeting cannot be held without reaching a quorum, the decision of the chairman and secretary will be made accordingly. (2) The meeting of the committee will be held compulsorily before the time of saving loan collection and loan distribution and later as needed. (4) If the land reform officer instructs to hold a meeting, the meeting of the committee will be held. (5) If one-third of the total number of members of the committee requests a meeting in writing, if the chairman or the vice chairman does not call the meeting, the land reform officer can call the meeting himself or order the member secretary to call the meeting. (6) ) Without the permission of the committee, the chairman, vice-chairman or member who is absent from the meeting for 3 consecutive times, without the permission of the committee, will not be paid according to these rules for the period of absence. Instead of a member, the land reform officer may nominate another officer or member. (8) In accordance with sub-rule (5), the relevant committee should send the matter to the land reform office as soon as possible if the chairman, vice-chairman or members are absent, and the land reform officer will decide that the reason is unreasonable. (9) The committee may determine its own procedure.
