4. Work, Duties and Powers of the Committee

The work, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:-

(a) To approve and implement plans and programs related to the development of Budhanil Kanth area.

(b) For the purpose of social, economic, religious and cultural development within the Budhanilkanth area, development, exploration, research and record keeping of the ancient, religious, cultural, monastery, temple, monastery, vihara, lake or similar objects of historical importance within that area, but such The prior approval of the agency that requires approval should be obtained while working.

(j) Establishing coordination among the managers of development and construction works conducted by the government, non-government and private sectors within Budhanil Kanth area.
(k) To prepare and implement the necessary master plan for the development of Budhanil Kanth area.
(l) Organization of meeting, conference, symposium or exhibition at national and international level to show the importance of Budhanil Kanth area.To do.
(d) The committee shall make rules as per requirement and submit them to the Government of Nepal for approval.
