Section 45
Power of the Government of Nepal to adjourn the Committee

(1) If the committee is unable to perform the work required under this Act, the Government of Nepal may suspend the committee for a maximum period of one year by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. (3) According to sub-section (2), all the work and transactions carried out by persons, committees of persons or organizations who have agreed to conduct the work and business of the committee in accordance with this Act and the regulations made under this Act shall be constituted in accordance with this Act. It will be accepted as done by the committee.
