(1) Technical military personnel working in Development Construction Division of Nepali Army, Development Construction Task Force Group 1 and Development Construction Task Force Group 2 (including those grouped from Pioneer Group to Development Construction Group) at the time of commencement of this regulation. will be grouped under the Civil and Architecture subgroups of the Military Engineering Group.
(2. When this regulation comes into effect, the military personnel who are transferred and promoted from the military general service or other service and working under the Development Division and under it will automatically be grouped in the same service from which they were transferred and promoted before the commencement of this regulation.
(3) In the case of military personnel who have been transferred or promoted from the military general service to the development construction group at the time of commencement of this regulation, they must undergo the necessary training for the promotion to the general service position in order to be promoted to a higher position than the relevant post.
(4) From the pioneer group at the time of commencement of this regulation: When military personnel working in the development construction group are grouped in the civil and architecture sub-group of the engineering group of the technical service, if they retire before reaching the minimum service period required for pension, the service period required for pension shall be given to such military personnel.
