(1) For the implementation of the agreement completed in accordance with section 37, the investor shall bear all the responsibilities, including permits and approvals, which must be fulfilled by the relevant body in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
(2) When implementing the agreement according to sub-section (1), the office shall coordinate and facilitate with the concerned bodies as necessary and it shall be the duty of the concerned body to comply with the conditions mentioned in such agreement.
(3) In order to execute the contract in accordance with this section, the proponent shall prepare a work plan and execute the project subject to the terms of the contract.
