(1) Based on the details received as per Section 11, if it is deemed appropriate to enter into an agreement with the proposer, the Government of Nepal will negotiate with the proposer as necessary and take the suggestion of the committee.
(2) The proponent shall submit the details as per Clause (b) and (c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 11 within the time period specified by the Government of Nepal. If the proposer fails to submit such details within that period, the agreement made by the Government of Nepal with the proposer will automatically be considered cancelled.
