(1) In the case of non-compliance with the conditions mentioned in the agreement made according to section 37 or if the performance is not performed within the specified time, the relevant body may cancel the permit granted to the investor according to this Act.
(2) If the permit is revoked according to sub-section (1), the proponent shall not be entitled to claim compensation for any kind of loss from the relevant body except in the cases mentioned in the contract.
(3) In case of cancellation of the agreement with the investor according to sub-section (1), the procedure mentioned in the agreement shall be completed.
