Section 36
The right to demand repayment of loaned amount before the expiry of the agreement
Regardless of what is written in the contract or agreement or any other document, the fund may demand repayment of the amount due from the debtor organization by giving a written notice before the expiry of the agreement in the following cases:-(a ) If the committee feels that the debtor organization has given false or misleading information on any matter in the application for the loan. If the committee feels that it is unable to pay.
