The following things should be disclosed in the contract:-
(a) Description of the project,
(b) Date of commencement of project implementation and date of completion,
(c) Matters related to facilities and concessions to be obtained by the permit holder during the construction or operation of the project (d) Duration of Permit,
(e) Project implementation phase description and implementation schedule,
(f) Technical quality and standards of the project,
(g) Details regarding project operation,
(h) If the project is leased, details thereof and terms of lease,
(i) condition of operation or transfer of the project,
(j) Arrangements regarding fees to be collected from consumers while conducting the project,
(k) Provisions relating to insurance of the project,
(l) The condition and quality of the machines connected to the project and at the time of handover of the project,
(d) Royalties to be submitted to the Government of Nepal and method of payment,
(d) A situation where the contract is canceled due to the failure of any party to fulfill the obligations under the contract during the implementation of the project (n) Other necessary things.
