The Minister of Finance of Shri 5 may sign the document and authorize the person specified in the document to do the following on behalf of the Government of Nepal:- (a) International Development Association Signing the articles of the agreement.

(b) The letter of approval of the association agreement stating that the government of Nepal has accepted the related agreements and the conditions stipulated in them according to the laws of Nepal, under which the membership of the International Development Association will be granted to Nepal International Reconstruction and Development Filing in the bank.
