Section 92
Right to sell assets
Subject to the instructions given by the National Bank, the liquidator may arrange for auctioning of all other assets of such bank or financial institution, including assets given to secure the accepted claims of creditors of a bank or financial institution undergoing compulsory liquidation process, as follows:- (a) Easily in the market Where marketable securities, foreign currency or assets that can be sold immediately in the market are traded, (b) Securities that can be easily sold in the given market, foreign currency or other assets to be sold by the borrowers themselves, (c) Property auction sale If the liquidator feels that a reasonable price will not be obtained, to sell in any other way, (d) To make other arrangements as prescribed by the National Bank.
