: (1) If the investigating officer has reasonable grounds to believe that the person accused of committing an organized crime may transfer or sell or distribute or by any means conceal or alter the property obtained by such crime, the investigating officer shall transfer such property to any person. (2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (1), the court may issue an order to the relevant agency or organization to prohibit the transfer of such property, mortgage or mortgage, or distribution of sale.
