(1) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the property obtained from the offense or the instrument related to the offense shall be confiscated regardless of whether the offender or any other person is with him.
(2) If the property or instrument mentioned in sub-section (1) is hidden, consumed, exposed, is in a condition as per clause (c) or (d) of sub-section (2) of section 12 or cannot be confiscated for any other reason, such property of the offender Or other property equal to the current value of the instrument will be confiscated.
(3) When confiscating assets or instruments in accordance with this section, the confiscation shall be done after the order or judgment of the court is final.
