Section 28
Source of wealth to be proved

(1) If the person prosecuted for the crime related to financial investment in money laundering and terrorist activities, his property appears abnormal compared to his income source or economic condition, or if he lives an abnormally high standard of living, or if he has given a donation, donation, gift, stipend, donation or box to someone beyond his status. If it is proved, he has to prove the source from which such property was acquired. (2) If the source of the property cannot be proved according to sub-section (1), such property will be confiscated to the extent that the source cannot be proved.
