(1) According to sub-section (5) of section 20, if a senior citizen living in a care center dies, regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the rest of the property of such deceased shall belong to the related care center.
(2) In case of death of a senior citizen placed in a care center according to sub-section (6) of section 20, such care center shall deduct the expenses incurred for taking care of him and return the remaining amount to the family member or relative or the rightful person.
