The work, duties and rights of Liaison Officer shall be as follows :-

(a) To direct films to be screened only in relevant places in accordance with the content as mentioned in the licence,< br> (b) If the producer wants to change the plot and shooting location, submit his opinion to the Ministry,
(c) Subjects that are contrary to the spirit of the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063, subjects that harm the country's sovereignty, integrity, peace and security and culture, and not to allow morbid or naked depictions about Nepalese citizens or any particular tribe,
(d) Not allowing filming of scenes that harm the national reputation,
(e) Do not allow filming in the restricted areas from the Government of Nepal without obtaining the approval of the relevant agencies and if there is any doubt about whether or not it is a restricted area, inform the relevant police and agencies.
(f) If the producer forcibly shoots a film in an area where filming is not allowed, the Ministry will be informed about it by means of a speedy means,
(g) To comply with the instructions given by the Ministry,
(h) To submit a report to the Ministry within seven days from the date of completion of film shooting on the place and subject of the film shooting, excluding the expiry of the permit.
