After the committee finishes the work as written in Rule 5, the concerned Bahini, Gana, Gulm and Depot will do the following:-
(1) To demand another item in exchange for the goods :
(a) Based on the work description prepared by the committee, the related Bahini, Gana, Gulm should complete and repair the goods according to their rank. Apart from the required items, other items should be requested from the respective depot and completed.
(b) As requested by Bahini Gana Gulms, the concerned depot should also replace the items that the committee has deemed defective in its job description, Balgiri, E.I., personnel in the same form as they have gone as soon as possible.
(c) In case of malfunction in the depot itself, a formal request should be made to the Administration Department (General). (A) The various units, Gana Gulms themselves should spend as much as they have received from the store maintenance funds and repair them immediately and send that amount to the Fatwari Management Department (General) in a proper manner. As much as repair from the depot should be sent to the depot for repair.
(b) In the case of repair from the depot, the demand for the amount required for the repair of the items and the amount required for the repair from the unit should be included in the demand for the maintenance department (General). The goods of formation, unit, subunit should be sent back after repair.
(c) If the goods that come for repair cannot be repaired, the same should be reported to the concerned unit. After receiving the notification, the unit should make a request to the Administrative Department (General) through Taluk Adda and complete it. > (a) Items determined by the committee to be washed and destroyed, after receiving an order from the relevant department or Bahini base, the relevant formation, Gana, Gulm, Depot, according to the same order, to the Chief District Officer's office if in the valley or to the Chief District Officer's office if in the district.Or in a place where there is no such place, the cost of washing and cleaning should be written with the witness of a nearby station.
(b) Personal and E.I. In the case of clothes, if the doctor recommends that they should not be brought, the committee will give such clothes to that person, if there is no such person, all the burning proofs must be presented during the meeting. style="padding-left: 30px;">(a) Items determined to be auctioned by the committee After receiving the order of the concerned department or the army base, the relevant depots, formations, gans, gulms should spread the word in accordance with the law, including the deadline in the TAC Valley. (b) If the auction fails to take place even after making public announcements as per Clause (a) twice, the auction shall be canceled as per sub-rule (3).
(c) The proceeds from the auction sale should be filed in the accumulated fund and its name and receipt should be given to the concerned department or the army base. The concerned department or Bahini base should also inform the concerned depot after receiving the declaration and voucher.
(5) Submitting elsewhere: Not working on behalf of the concerned depot, unit, but any other unit and any ministry, department or base of the Government of Nepal or As much as the items that are determined to be used for the purpose of the organization, after getting approval from the relevant department or the army base, the expenses should be recorded at the designated place.
