(1) The training committee meeting will be held as required.

(2) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the training committee are present, it will be considered as a quorum for the meeting of the training committee.

(3) ) The meeting of the training committee will be presided over by the chairman of the training committee and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present in the meeting will preside over the meeting.
