Section 92
Acceptance for the sake of honor
If the refusal to accept the bill of exchange or the refusal to give additional security is certified by a notary public, any person who is not liable for the bill of exchange may accept such bill of exchange for the sake of the honor of any party of the bill of exchange with the consent of the holder.
