Rule 25
In case of investigation, complaint, appeal against government employee
In case of investigation, appeal, complaint filed against any government employee in relation to government work, after the employee receives notice or notice from the court, if he wants to defend himself on behalf of the Government of Nepal in that case, the following written things before the head of the department The opening should be reported immediately:-
(a) Name and number of the case,
(b) the date on which the matter was filed in which Court,
(c) Names of all parties,
(d) Amount of claim exceeded,
(e) the period within which to file a reply or counter-argument in court and the matter if such period is to be extended,
(f) Have you received a notice that the case will be prosecuted under Section 19 of the Civil Rights Act, 2012 or according to the prevailing Nepalese law? Date of receipt if received,
(g) Written documents of evidence submitted by the plaintiff in the case and to be submitted by the defendant,
(h) the opinion of the relevant public prosecutor, and
(i) Documents of accounting or other proceedings related to the case.
