Section 11
Punishment for correcting government documents
  A public servant or other person who wrongfully or illegally corrects, corrects, adds or manipulates documents of a government agency or public organization will be imprisoned for three months to two years and fined up to fifty thousand rupees depending on the amount of the offense.
