(1) When a case within the schedule of the Act or a case against the Government of Nepal or any other case concerning the Government of Nepal is pending in a local court, or if a case is to be filed or a case has to be filed, if the government attorney requests assistance in gathering witness evidence and other miscellaneous work, the relevant departmental head or officer shall initiate the case. Employees who understand the situation should be assigned.
(2) If the decision, missile file or document required in a case concerning the Government of Nepal is requested from the relevant public prosecutor's office, the head of the office of the relevant ministry, secretariat, department or office shall send it to such office as soon as possible.
