Section 304
Obligation to protect government, public or community property

(1) Government of Nepal, public institutions or communities shall protect the government, public or community property under their right, enjoyment, responsibility or subordination.
(2) The responsibility of protecting government and public property will be the responsibility of the relevant district level administrative office and local level.
(3) The responsibility of protecting the community property will belong to the respective community and local level.
