The authority to transfer the following military personnel of military technical service shall be given to the following officers:- (a) From Major General to Senior - Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Commander-in-Chief (b) From Deputy Commander to Chief of the relevant department, directorate and on the recommendation of the Chief of the General Staff (c) Heads of Departments and Directorates on the recommendation of other positions other than those mentioned in Clause A) R (B)
