Rule 4
Principle of transference
:
(1) Subject to the Judicial Service (Admission, Transfer, Promotion and Other Service Conditions) Regulations, the Commission will adopt the following written procedure when making a recommendation to the Government of Nepal in accordance with Article 74 of the Constitution of Nepal - When transferring, generally according to the schedule (a) For those who have spent one period in group (b) in group and (b) to those who have spent a period in group (c) in group and
