(1) A person who has attained the specified qualifications who wishes to work as a surveyor may submit an application to the committee as specified. (2) After receiving the application as per sub-section (1), if the committee, after conducting the necessary investigation on the said application, finds that the license is to be granted, the applicant shall be given a fee in accordance with the prescribed format. The surveyor's license should be given and if there is any reason why the license should not be given, the information should be given to the applicant.
