(1) Notification by the Government of Nepal in the Nepal Gazette to update the policy or law related to foreign investment, to encourage non-resident Nepalis to invest in Nepal and to maintain harmonious relations between non-resident Nepalis. An advisory board with a maximum of seven members may be formed by publication and representation of non-resident Nepali organizations.

(2) Other duties, duties and rights of the advisory board as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.< /p>
