Section 70B
Provisions relating to Armed Forest Guards
(1) For the protection of forests protected and managed by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry may arrange for armed forest guards.
(2) Arrangements regarding the appointment, service conditions and facilities of the armed forest guards as per sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
