Section 15
Term of Office and Service Conditions of Co-Chairman and Member-Secretary
(1) The term of office of Co-Chairman and Member-Secretary shall be four years and they may be re-appointed for a maximum of four years.
(2) The remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the Co-Chairman and Member-Secretary shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
