Section 12

Co-operative Development Fund

(1) The Board shall establish a separate Co-operative Development Fund for providing loans or grants to cooperative organizations from its own funds.
(2) The amount of Cooperative Development Fund should be kept in a separate account (3) The operation of the Cooperative Development Fund shall be as prescribed.
