(1) The minister or state minister in charge of education of the government of Nepal and the chief minister of the respective province shall be the vice-chancellor of the university.
(2) In the absence of the Vice-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor shall preside over the convocation ceremony of the University (3) The Vice-Chancellor may inspect the University and give directions to the University as required.
