Section 44
To be agreed upon
(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this paragraph, the victim and the offender may reach an agreement regarding compensation for any offence.
(2) If the agreement according to sub-section (1) is found to be appropriate, the court may order the compensation according to such agreement.
