The department may provide mutual support to the agencies of foreign countries working on the same nature (2) The department may enter into a mutual understanding with the agencies of foreign countries doing similar work in order to determine the methods, conditions and procedures for exchange of assistance according to this section.
(3) If the department establishes an agreement according to sub-section (2), the information thereof shall be given to the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Foreign Affairs as soon as possible.
