Section 9

Appointment of Assistant Election Officers and other staff

(1) The Election Officer may appoint Assistant Election Officers and other employees in the number specified by the Commission.
(2) It shall be the duty of the Assistant Election Officer and other employees to perform election-related work under the direct direction and control of the Election Officer.
