(1) The Election Officer may appoint Assistant Election Officers and other employees in the number specified by the Commission.
(2) The Election Officer may employ or engage the employees of the Government of Nepal, State Government and local level, or employees of institutions owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal or State Government or run with the grant of the Government of Nepal, or teachers or employees of universities or community schools in any election-related work.
(3) When appointing employees and teachers for election in accordance with sub-sections (1) and (2), in the case of employees, they will be assigned to the respective ward of their home address, and in the case of teachers, they will be assigned to the respective ward of the place where they work and their home address.
