Section 34
Procedures for signing a document by a person who cannot sign
In accordance with Section 32, when only the signature of the notary is made on the document or in accordance with Section 33, when the signatory is signed by his guardian or guardian, the reason shall be mentioned in the head of the document. The concerned officer shall certify such document.
