If a person who has the duty to file a statement according to section 4 fails to do so or if he files a false statement, the person who gives true information about the fact that he has filed a false statement, after the fact is found, one hundred percent of the real estate tax collected from the guilty person. 20 will be given as a reward by order of the Government of Nepal.
