The Government of Nepal and the local level shall make the following arrangements to respect the cultural rights of persons with disabilities and to create opportunities for them to participate in recreational activities like other persons:-
(a) To provide necessary scholarships, facilities and support for the respect and development of skills, art, talent and interest in literature among persons with disabilities,
(b) To develop the technology and art necessary to make service facilities and infrastructure accessible to persons with disabilities,
(c) Assisting recreation centers and organizations that provide services to persons with disabilities,
(d) encouraging persons with disabilities to participate in extracurricular activities,
(e) To perform other tasks as specified.
