Rule 4
Regarding the bringing of Saipata or betel nuts:

Those who are in the habit of bringing Saipata or betel nuts should not carry more than five installments of the worship items and betel nuts, fruits, sweetmeats and spices required according to their custom and Vedic method. Clothes or jewelry should not be taken when taking betel nut.
