Section 185
Witness examination to be done by judge
(1) The examination of the witness which has been presented in the judge's bench shall be conducted by the same judge.
(2) During the examination according to sub-section (1), the judge may take the assistance of the staff necessary to record the bank papers and examine the witnesses.
