Section 16
Right to Social Security
: (1) Persons with specified disabilities shall have the right to receive financial assistance or social security as specified by the Government of Nepal.
(2) A person with a disability shall have the right to be reimbursed for the additional expenses incurred in the assistance service used by him/her while obtaining and enjoying any opportunity.
