Section 28
Community forest can be reassigned
If the community forest withdrawn according to sub-section (1) of section 27 is revoked according to sub-section (2) of the same section, the divisional forest officer shall re-assign it to the previous user group. If such a decision is approved, the Divisional Forest Officer will have to complete the process according to Section 25 and reorganize the user group and hand over the community forest.
