(1) At the commencement of these rules, the employees working in the following groups and sub-groups of the Nepal Education Service have been grouped into the following groups and sub-groups:
(a) Teaching (teaching) group, higher education employees in teaching group, higher education group.
(b) Teaching (teaching) group, secondary education employees in the teaching group, secondary education sub-group.
(c) Printing Group, Press Engineering Sub-group to the employees working in Printing Management Group, Press Engineering Sub-group.
(d) printing (printing) group, press management (printing management) sub-group to employees working in the printing management group, printing management sub-group.
(e) Painting and photography group, painting sub-group to employees working in art group, painting sub-group.
(f) Painting and photography group, photography sub-group to employees working in art group, visual arts sub-group.
(G) Test and Measurement Group, Educational Test and Measurement Sub-Group to employees working in Test and Evaluation Group, Educational Test and Evaluation Sub-Group.
(h) Test and Measurement Group, personnel working in the Test and Measurement Sub-Group, Test and Evaluation Group Personnel in the Test and Evaluation Sub-Group.
(i) Employees working in the Library Science Group in the Library Science Group.
(2) Among the employees working in the Nepal Education Service at the time of commencement of these rules, other than the employees mentioned in sub-rule (1), based on their educational qualifications, job specifications and experience, the groups, sub-groups and positions they will occupy will be determined and informed to the relevant employees.
