(1) It shall be the responsibility of the construction professional to submit the details of each public construction work completed by the construction professional to the committee in the format as per Schedule-14 within thirty-five days from the date of receipt of the certificate of completion of such work.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), the concerned construction professional shall also send a copy of the details of each public construction work completed by him to the relevant project or office.
(3) The committee shall keep the records of the details received in accordance with sub-rule (1) in accordance with Schedule-15.
