: (1) Every worker shall be entitled to thirteen days of paid public leave every year including May Day and fourteen days of paid public leave in the case of female workers including International Workers' Women's Day.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if a public holiday is determined by a body regulating an establishment, in the case of such establishment, it shall be as determined by that body and in other cases as determined by the employer.
