Rule 13
–<br> to publish information publicly
After receiving the application according to rule 12, the committee shall investigate the application as necessary and publish the information for public information.
(2) After the publication of the notice according to sub-rule (1), if there is any significant adverse effect on the development and operation of the project, the related details may be disclosed and suggestions may be made before the committee within thirty-five days from the date of publication of the notice.
(3) Taking into consideration the suggestions received as per sub-rule (2), the committee shall specify the matters to be followed by the concerned applicant in relation to minimizing such significant adverse effects while granting the permit.
(2) After the publication of the notice according to sub-rule (1), if there is any significant adverse effect on the development and operation of the project, the related details may be disclosed and suggestions may be made before the committee within thirty-five days from the date of publication of the notice.
